QxCredit App allows you to convert your play balance into digital cash via supported payout options as listed in "Token Details" view in the app.

To convert play credits you need to:
1) Purchase a token via play balance in "Tokens" section of the app.
2) Choose payout option.
3) Purchase the token via play balance.
3) If the purchase is successful, you can view your purchased token in "My Tokens" Section of the app or on website (https://qx-credit.web.app/) ,You will also receive an automated confirmation mail from QxCredit regarding purchased token information.
4) You can view the time within which your purchased token will be processed in "My Tokens" section of the app, post transaction you can view the transaction details and transaction screenshot via the app section mentioned above.

If the token is not shown in "My Tokens" Section but play balance was deducted from your account ,then you can raise a query by submitting the support form through "Contact Support" section of the app or through website (https://qx-credit.web.app/).


Payout/Transfer Time :
You can view the time within which your purchased token will be processed in "My Tokens" section of the app.
Wrong payout detail may cause delay in payout until you raise query.
